Common coatings include fluoropolymer-based release agents or plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) coatings.   1. **Quality control**: Throughout the manufacturing process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure the accuracy and precision of the optical mold. This may include dimensional inspection using metrology equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and optical profilometers, as well as visual inspection of surface quality.
